Steve Medendorp

As President of Tax Alpha Companies, Steve Medendorp, J.D., MBA, is responsible for the overall management and success of the company's operations, client relationships and sales. Steve has 20+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with particular expertise in title and real estate matters.

Steve is a founding shareholder of Medendorp Law, PLLC, after serving of counsel to Manson Bolves Donaldson Tanner, P.A. for over a decade. Along with his practice, Steve continues to serve as Broker/Owner of Florida Realty Enterprises, LLC, a residential and light commercial real estate firm in the Tampa, FL and surrounding markets.

Steve's former executive experience includes serving as COO of a real estate investment company, President and owner of a title insurance agency, EVP and co-owner of a pharmaceutical and laboratory company, and SVP and Corporate Counsel for a national title insurance company.

Steve presents to attorneys, CPAs and other professionals on advanced tax planning for high-net-worth clients, speaking at lunch-and-learns, industry events and conferences. He also authors newsletters, articles and opinions on a variety of real estate topics.

Steve has a diverse business and legal background. Over the course of his career, he has worked in several different capacities within the real estate industry, including law, government takings, title insurance, acquisition, development, contract negotiation and construction management.
