Nicholas Troyano

Nicholas is an M&A Advisor, specializing in M&A and exit planning for middle-market business owners. With a background in business development and exit planning, he helps entrepreneurs assess their financial and operational readiness, maximize company value, and navigate successful transitions.

In addition to his M&A expertise, Nick holds the Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CMAA) designations, as well as a Florida 214 Life Insurance and Annuities License. While advising business owners, he also founded and operated a real estate wholesale business, gaining years of experience in real estate investment and transactional strategy.

At Tax Alpha, Nicholas plays a key role in expanding the firm’s M&A vertical, working closely with business owners, financial professionals, and advisors to implement tailored strategies that drive long-term success.

Nick is based in Orlando and enjoys being a musician and watching sports when he's not working.
