Candace Johnson is a Strategic Advisor at Tax Alpha Companies, where she helps business owners, and their advisors make smarter decisions around growth, reinvestment, and planning for what’s next.

With a background in real estate, lending, and alternative assets, she was drawn to Tax Alpha after seeing how even the most successful entrepreneurs often lacked the structure to protect what they’d built. Now, she spends her time supporting CPAs moving into advisory roles and helping owners get the financial clarity they need—especially when it comes to long-term planning and eventual exit.

A lifelong learner and mother of three, she brings a grounded, purpose-driven mindset to her work— She’s passionate about encouraging others to take ownership of their path, believe in themselves, and go after what matters.
