Tim Snodgrass

A 25-year veteran managing high-revenue national investment accounts in the real estate sector, Tim Snodgrass is another deeply experienced member of the Tax Alpha Companies Board of Directors.

Back in 2001, Tim and two others founded Argus Realty Investors, LP, a commercial real estate investment company that specializes in 1031 tax-deferred exchanges. Along with being a founding partner, Snodgrass served as President of the Argus Realty Investors for the entirety of his eight years with the company. During his time as president, Snodgrass brought over $1.6 billion in commercial real estate investments, most of which were in the western half of the United States.

In 2009, Snodgrass became a founding partner in a second investment venture, Axxcess Capital Partners, LLC, an alternative investment placement agent with several high-revenue and ultra-high-revenue clients. More recently, Snodgrass served as Senior Vice President of Business Development with Arete Wealth from 2016-2021, and since 2021 has been a shareholder and Executive Vice President of Business Development with CoastalOne.

In 2023, he was named Chief Executive Officer at Concept Capital Markets, LLC, where his focus remains on efficient capital investment and tailored tax strategy.

Snodgrass is a 1991 graduate of San Diego State University, and also holds two advanced degrees from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law: a Juris Doctor from 1998, and a 2018 Master of Laws degree in LLM Financial Services and Wealth Management.
